I need to send copies of calculated data to other departments on a regular basis, but I do not want them to be able to see (or change) the formulas I use to arrive at the calculated figures. What is the best way to quickly copy all of the calculated data into a new sheet but not as formulas?

check
  1. Select the range you want to copy
  2. Copy to clipboard Ctrl-C
  3. Create/switch to new worksheet
  4. From the menu select Edit > Paste Special and chhose the Values option

You can also do a Format Painter of the entire sheet to the new one.

Also, after selecting and copying a range you may use the following shortcut to paste values:

Alt-E-S-V
