I attempted (and failed) to properly configure Outlook today. Now when I start it up, it asks for a password. I enter the correct one (can verify using a separate machine), it fails to connect to the server and closes down Outlook. How do I "reset" outlook and start from scratch? Thanks! |

Go to Control Panel and Mail (might be named differently, I'm on Windows7). From there, click on email accounts and you should be able to delete a profile, and create a new one. |
